MeetRegularly is a web application that helps users organize recurring events and manage RSVPs. The Service allows event organizers to create events, invite attendees by email or phone number, and collect attendance responses.
To create and manage events, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
By opting in to receive text messages from MeetRegularly, you agree to the following:
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from MeetRegularly related to event reminders and RSVP requests. You also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your event schedule. You will receive messages when events you are invited to are approaching and when you need to RSVP.
We do not charge for text messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further text messages unless you opt in again.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws. When adding attendees to your events, you represent that you have a legitimate relationship with those individuals and that they would reasonably expect to receive event-related communications from you.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
